The Chrysanta Foundation supports organizations that empower women and aid the environment within their local communities through compassion, collaboration and innovation.

WOMEN

We provide aid to organizations working with women in their local communities. Within this, our specific areas of focus are:

Reproductive health and family planning
Family and gender-based violence
Mother and infant support

*Please note that if you are submitting a grant application, we do not give donations to explicitly religious, political or lobbyist organizations.

ENVIRONMENT

We give to local communities working to repair and support their ecology. Our target areas are:

Reducing food waste
Air, land and water conservation
Biodiversity and species preservation

How do I apply for a Grant from the Foundation?

What are the Grant guidelines?

Eligible participants must be a registered 501 (c) (3) organization. The Chrysanta Foundation supports organizations that empower women and aid the environment within their local communities through compassion, collaboration and innovation.

Are there any funding restrictions?

We do not fund:

Direct donations or grants to individuals
Political campaigns and legislative lobbying efforts
Projects that exclusively serve religious purposes
Endowments
International organizations
Fiscally sponsored organizations

Are there any geographical restrictions?

We fund any location within the United States.

When can I apply for a Grant?

We accept grant applications annually from June 1 to August 1. Grants will be awarded in October.

What documents do I need to submit with the application?

Applicants will need to include:

Complete list of the organization’s officers and directors, including names & positions
Copy of the IRS federal tax exemption determination letters.
Most recent Form 990 or Form 990-EZ
Program budget (multi-year if applicable). Not required for General Operating requests.
